Just south of the corner with Park Street, a NY developer bought the building for $1 from the city

 

they are planning a $3.5 million investment to turn the 24 one bedrooms units into 12 apartments

the building is 13500SF and 2 ground floor retail spaces

 

one of the groundfloor spaces will contain the cabinet makeing business of one fo the 2 develoeprs

 

The developers also reached an agreement to acquire a privately owned vacant lot at 901 Broad St., to be used for parking.

 

Expected to be available for occupancy in Spring

 

I love these small projects, because they are the ones that will truly make this city what we want it to be.
