This one will not finish until January due to a favorable tax situation if the C.O. is issued after the new year. So they have

been in no hurry to finish up.

@spartanburgh was correct.  This building will open in early January.  Apartment interest has been strong, with 60 percent occupancy in pre-leasing already (18 of 30 units reserved).  They predict they'll be at full occupancy in about a month.  Retail-wise, they've had quite a bit of interest, but haven't signed a tenant yet because they are looking for a unique concept with capable owners.  Hopefully they'll find the right tenant(s) soon.  Lots of good photos at the link above^.  And here's one of mine:

Noticed this building now has some nice lighting on the crown.  I hope we'll hear a retail tenant announcement here soon.
