Is that yellow area the final color?

Yes, it's kind of a beige/cream-colored brick.

(Edit: new page, so here's the photo referenced)

@spartanburgh was correct.  This building will open in early January.  Apartment interest has been strong, with 60 percent occupancy in pre-leasing already (18 of 30 units reserved).  They predict they'll be at full occupancy in about a month.  Retail-wise, they've had quite a bit of interest, but haven't signed a tenant yet because they are looking for a unique concept with capable owners.  Hopefully they'll find the right tenant(s) soon.  Lots of good photos at the link above^.  And here's one of mine:

Judging by cars underneath and deck furniture, quite a few residents have moved in.

Still waiting for a retail/restaurant announcement...

I understand its almost full with only a couple of residential units remaining, "it has been very well received". The commercial space has not been leased although there has been

a lot of interest.  A lot of interest by concepts that are already heavily represented downtown, and the owner will wait a little while longer to hopefully get something that is a

little more diverse and desirable. However, if something doesn't develop by Summer, they will go ahead and fill the space with a somewhat less desirable tenant.

Something new to the area - Smallcakes, is opening in one of the retail spaces.  www.smallcakescupcakery.com

Gonna drop a chain cupcake place right next door to a locally owned cupcake place. Cool.
