I have to share a funny story about this development.  My mother lives in the Chicago area.  She is 76 and is legally blind from macular degeneration.  She sees pretty good far away,  just not so good

Glad you got a picture. I was out there yesterday, but didn't have time to stop and I don't/can't take pictures while driving. I saw some of the panels on a truck when I was waiting at the light, they were coming from somewhere other than Kerkstra.

I have a class out there on Wednesday nights and my parents live out there, so I look forward to continuing to see this go up (and will try to get pictures when it's light out again). I remember riding the bus through the old trailer park when I was in kinder-garden.

Technically I wouldn't really classify it as a "castle," (one single residence), it's just an apartment building that looks like a castle.

I would say the Biltmore Estate in NC is probably closer to that.

I just noticed the other day that the wall sections that they've installed on the highway side have a contouring facade. I thought it was just flat.
