Highwoods Properties has finished the purchase of 34.4 acres of the 77.7 acre Ovation site in Cool Springs.

Highwoods said in a press release that it intends to “reimagine” the area’s master plan as a “high-density” mixed-use development, which is likely to include more than a million square feet of office space. Ovation is currently home to the U.S. headquarters of Mars Petcare, which is housed in an office building that Highwoods built on the site in 2019.

REI plans a "Net Zero" distribution hub in Lebanon.   From NBJ:  https://www.bizjournals.com/nashville/news/2021/10/25/rei-net-zero-distribution-lebanon.html

The $108.6 million hub would employ 288 full-time workers within two years of opening, at hourly wages ranging from $18 an hour to $37 an hour, according to committee documents.

Great to hear it is net zero. I wonder what tech/practices they will use to achieve that?
