Yeah, at this point I’m guessing anything is possible. As mentioned before, as they keep talking about a late 2022 start date, the site should be picked out already and plans in place . Let’s see where this road show takes us.

Williamson County: Brentwood will annex 184 acres on its southern border in order to have a new unnamed subdivision on 1/3 of that which  feature 79 luxury homes to be part of their municipality. Another 209 acres that encompass Rosebrooke East (74 lots) and Rosebrooke South (47 lots)  is also being considered for annexation.

I hope Storyville doesn't get built in Hendersonville. I can't imagine the traffic..

This has probably been discussed but just realized that Williamson County is now in control of the Ren Festival. Because of their backwards county rules there will no longer be any alcohol sales. Come on man, how are we going to properly celebrate the olden times without a flagon of ale to wash down our turkey legs?  I’m sure they won’t miss our 3 person’s worth of revenue.

Coffee County: Manchester will see the $50.5 million expansion of Dot Foods which will create an additional 171 jobs. Groundbreaking is expected this summer, with the new operation running by late 2023.

Wilson County: Lebanon's Pavilion Senior Living will construct an additional 29 unit housing community called Pavilion L4 Lifestyle within 12 buildings on 7.5 acres at 1405 Medical Center Drive, off of Babb Drive.

Williamson County: Tudor Homes has started work on the first 28 homes of their portion of the massive June Lake (2,900 homes and mixed-use) on 775 acres.

Williamson County: Nolensville's Darsey will be a 35 acre mixed-use development near the intersection of Nolensville Rd. and Williams Rd. featuring 188 apts., 23 live/work units, a Kroger, gas station, 12,000 sq. ft. of retail, 12,000 sq. ft. of office space, and 17,500 sq. ft. of restaurant space.

Wilson County: Lebanon's Stonehill Villas will be a 27 townhome development on Manchester Blvd. just south of Lebanon Rd.  Fleming Homes LLC is the developer.

Wilson County: Mount Juliet will have the 18 acre Gateway Business Park just NE of Golden Bear Gateway and I-40.  

The mixed-use development plan, according to Collier, includes: 

- Moving Mid Tenn Powersports from Donelson to a new 60,000-square-foot building.

- A 6,000-square-foot restaurant and separate fast food restaurant.

- A multi-story hotel.

- A 20,000-square-foot, L-shaped commercial center. 

Construction could begin in June, and hopes are that it would. be complete by spring of 2023.

Williamson County: Nolensville will get another large subdivision project with Southern Land Company's unnamed 337 acre project that will feature 735 homes (ranging from townhomes to estate homes built on half-acre lots), 15,000 sq. ft. commercial space, 17 acres for an elementary school, and 160 acres of parks/open spaces.

Wilson County: Mount Juliet's Windtree Pines (373 single family homes and 50 townhomes) has broken ground on Phase I (60 homes), with work expected to be complete in 14 months.

All for more housing which is needed, but I sure miss the golf course.  Fun times.
