idk what they will spend more money on... the structures or the parking lot haha

Disclaimer - this isn't so much a dig at the size of the parking lot as it is a dig on the design of the parking lot. Nothing screams musical festivities like a sea of asphalt, but I would like to see the drive lanes asphalt and maybe the parking areas permeable pavement or something softer. Tailgating in this parking lot will be a literal oven because of the heat the parking lot will generate.

Hate to see that much land within Mboro taken up by a parking lot.  Great to have the amphitheater…but there are several ways to make this more “urban”.

They basically stole this property. If the outlet was not doing well, I wonder if it bodes well for Tanger. That is probably the deal of the year.

It seemed to do okay at first, then Opry Mills opened. The Tanger Outlets would just nail the coffin shut for this development.

Hopefully they do some revitalization to this area, it's nearly dead.  Maybe they can turn this area into cool springs 2.0 :tw_joy:

It did better than okay and did well until Opry Mills opened (agreed).   I was over there last month...the food court shockingly has a tenant for a few days/week.  I believe there are less than ten stores remaining.

NY Pizza (formerly from Mt. Juliet) was in there until late 2020..........I havent been over there in years, but visibility and access from I40 give something some potential to do well there.   With all of the people moving to Lebanon, it would do them well to build something like you see over in Bellevue.   They demolished an old aging mall and made that area pretty cool to go live, dine and shop in.

Wilson County: Lebanon will see Townhomes on the Green (18 units on 2 acres) at the intersection of Tucker Trice Blvd. and Hunters Point Pike. The developer is Northside Investors, and they secured a $4.5 million loan for the construction after paying $275,00 for the land last Nov.  Permits should be granted in next 30 days, and the build-out should be done by the end of the year.  They also have another 3 acres at the intersection and hope to build a retail center and 12 singe family homes there.
