Dickson County: The 100,000 sq. ft. Renaissance Center in Dickson is going to be transformed into a Christian-based facility to be called The Wonders Center & Science Museum will be the new name for the over 20-year-old, distinctive facility in Dickson.  In addition to the museum, the facility will be the television studio for the Genesis Science Network, which is operated by David Rives Ministries.

Sumner County: Hendersonville will be home to RallyPoint Motor Condos (2 stories, 31 "condos" for cars/garages on 4.5 acres at 752 E. Main St.

sooooo basically self storage for cars?? Describing this as condos is taking real estate marketing to a whole other level haha

I was thinking the exact same thing. All they're doing is making fancy self-storage. The only people I could see this catering to are those who have spent a LOT of money on a high-rise condo that doesn't offer parking. At $250k a pop, anyone else is just going to live somewhere that already has a 2-car garage.

Especially since the Nashville Motorsports Enclave coming to Nolensville is essentially the same thing but with a racetrack. Without a racetrack it's just fancy storage units.

Wilson County: Lebanon's proposed Hartman Crossing site (119 single family homes on 43 acres at Rutledge Lane and Hartsville Pike) has been sold for $1.95 million by Hartman Crossings Development Group, Inc. The buyer is homebuilder D.R. Holton.  No word on if the latter will retain the same plans (3 of 7 stages are either complete or u.c.).

Williamson County: Franklin's The Hill will be 2 & 3 story structures with 39 affordable housing townhomes at 403-405 5th Ave. North behind the Sonic Drive In off of Hillsboro Rd.  A city-owned former warehouse for water and fleet management will be razed.  The Franklin Hill Project, LLC is a collective of four local housing-focused nonprofits — Hard Bargain Association, Franklin Housing Authority, Community Housing Partnership of Williamson County, and Habitat for Humanity Williams-Maury. It will have a $10 million cost.

Williamson County: Spring Hill will see The Chartwell at Kedron Square, a 124 acre, 292 unit multifamily project with several 3 story apartment structures, 27 single family cottages, and commercial spaces. Chartwell Residential is the developer; Franklin Construction is the contractor.  Work should be done by the end of 2023.

Williamson County: Brentwood Middle School has been given the go ahead for a $40 million expansion by the Williamson County Commission. The 4 year project will be complete in 2025. No renderings yet.

Wilson County: Al. Neyer is building the National Indoor RV Centers’ (NIRVC) newest RV Lifestyle Center on Hartman Dr. in Lebanon, which will cover 189,350 sq. ft. on the 33 acre site.

Wilson County: Mt. Juliet  will see 2 more large developments:

1) Golden Bear Place (600 homes, hotel, retail, restaurant, gas station) on 78 acres near Beckwith Rd. and Golden Bear Gateway.

2) Lifestyle Communities is planning a 655 multifamily units complex  on Central Pike.

Logistically, that'll be a fun one. Looks like a somewhat reasonable land acquisition project. Then phasing will certainly be required as they will have to build the new city hall in the lower left corner first (building A) before moving the city offices over and bring in a separate developer to do the other buildings as I cannot see the city playing developer and landlord very well.

Sumner County: Hendersonville's Grace Place Ministry is planning to build 48 multifamily homes in four 12-unit and a daycare center on 4 acres at 126 New Shackle Island Rd.
