The STEM (Science, Tech, Engineering, Math) Building at Brentwood Middle and High School is nearing completion.  The $9.3 million building is 3 stories tall, covers 64,000 sq. ft., with 32 classrooms, and 2 labs. It should be open in February.

Stonehaven will be the name of another housing development of 133 single-family homes near Mays Chapel Rd north of highway 70 near Mt. Juliet in Wilson County.

That's just a mile or so from the Martha commuter rail station.  And with Mt Juliet schools.  Good move.

Stephens Valley, which will have several hundred homes as well as a commercial section and sits on the Williamson/Davidson line, is coming along. 20-30 houses have been under construction for a while with a few of them nearing completion.

Oman, a 34 acre luxury home development at 900 Franklin Rd. in Brentwood, will have 21 lots.  Home prices are expected to range from $2 million to $7 million, with construction to begin in summer of 2019.
