New Del Webb community: https://www.dnj.com/story/news/2020/10/09/ernest-burgess-farm-franklin-road-del-webb-retirement-community-1100-homes/5922680002/

Relative to most examples of sprawlburbia, DW communities are quite dense.

M'boro will continue to spread at blistering speed. I'd like to see it begin to take measures to build a denser core.

That side of the city will be the booming side for the foreseeable future given the ample amounts of relatively flat land and ease of access to I-840.

I'm surprised people are still wanting to build entertainment venues right now. Looks nice regardless.

From NBJ:  Imagine1 Company is pursujng at 191 unit apartment complex on open land at 5833 Nolensville Pike, about 1/8th mile south of Old Hickory Blvd.

They will almost have to put another light in for this. Turning left onto Nolensville is almost impossible near this section.

I think they are ahead of the curve.  Great time in my opinion as there is a ton of people waiting to get back out.

A new subdivision called Tuck Away is being proposed off Lewisburg Pike in Franklin.

Developers have a plan for 38 homes on 52 acres, with nearly 18 acres creating a tree canopy. The new neighborhood would go in front of Windsor Park and back up to the Durham Manor subdivision.
