Vanderbilt University Medical Center has opened a 31,000 sq. ft. outpatient care facility in Hendersonville at 128 N. Anderson Lane that employs at least 50 people.

The Preserve at Belle Pointe  is underway by Goodall Homes (400 acres featuring 329 houses, 78 rear-garage homes, 184. townhomes, 395 courtyard cottages, and 64 villas) at 70 Cairo Bend Rd.

Also,  Walton's Grove (Mt. Juliet) is expanding by another 212 homes, and Evans Hill (Mt. Juliet) will feature 248 homes. Both are being undertaken by Meritage Homes.

I’m hoping next LG can either have an office in downtown Nashville or relocate there. Unlikely but is always a possibility post pandemic with remote work becoming more common.
