Nexus is the name of a planned 689 acre multiphase, mixed-use project from Kolter Group in Gallatin at the intersection of Hwy. 109 and Red River Rd. The hope is to break ground on the first 124 acre phase this fall.  Kolter is based out of Tampa has over $9 billion in real estate investments. They have plans for 3 to 5 more developments in the Nashville area soon.  

If completed, Nexus would join Greater Nashville’s most colossal projects. Its surface area, for instance, would be more than double that of Century Farms, the 310-acre master development in Antioch. One of its closest peers would be the 600-acre Berry Farms in Franklin.

The master development plan for Nexus should take around 10 years to finish, Harvey estimates. Project specs currently include:

• 1.1 million square feet of mixed-use development, featuring office space, retail and 900 apartment units, across 124 acres;
• 109 acres of business park use;
• 1,350 single-family home lots;
• Townhomes and villas; and

Andrews Cadillac Mt. Juliet will be located at 535 Pleasant Grove Rd in the Paddocks at Mt. Juliet. It will include a 20,000 sq. ft. building on 5 acres, with 35 employees.

I guess they haven't given up hope on the 3rd office tower announced 5(?) years ago. No surprise here. Almost all office space is going to Berry Farms now. Still wondering what will become of Ovation and its neighbors

Oh yeah I see the third tower in there now.  Lots of prime office space still left in Cool Springs including Ovation and the property across the street from it.  I bet it's all quite expensive.

A 200+ acre industrial park is being planned in WhiteHouse (RobertsonCounty) off the I-65 White House exit.

The Motor Enclave will be a 19 acre, 160 unit condo complex that will cater to high-end car owners to be located at intersection of Nolensville Pike and Kidd Road. 

"They're part man-cave, part entertainment space — something between the home and the workplace for car lovers," says Brad Oleshanksky, the developer out of Detroit. It will include a 14,000-square-foot building with a social club and event space. The development also will include maintenance garages. Franklin-based Gamble Design Collaborative is working with Oleshansky on the project.

I was wondering the same thing.  The one at 840 was supposed to have a driving track.

Panatonni Development continues to expand their Speedway Industrial Park by purchasing another 378 acres.  At least 7 more large buildings 2 of which will be 1.5 million sq. ft.  They now have 800 acres in the park.

General Motors' new electric vehicle paint facility inSpring Hill was topped out yesterday. It will be operational in Oct. 2022.

^^Is Wilson Co building any homes along 840?  Seems like nothing but warehouses.  Hoping they’re planning something more than just making that stretch of the interstate into nothing but large metal buildings.

Went that way a few months back for a wedding in Lebanon.  There are a  few housing developments visible on the north side of I-840 (still quite scenic/rural in most places) but the buildings I saw were mostly industrial warehousing, especially surrounding Tn-109.
