so yes technically that is in Nashville. South Nashville, but really, it faces Brentwood and I would venture to say most people in the area believe it is in Brentwood.  that entire commercial area (along OHB) is serving Brentwood and is disconnected from the rest of Nashville by residential areas.  So in this instance I'm ok with discussion of Seven Springs being in this thread, even though it is legally in Davidson County.

The county line goes as far as to include the Post Office and the Walgreens on Franklin Road. Don't tell citizens of Brentwood (not sure what they're called); keep sending your money please.

Actually, the county line cuts right through the Walgreens on Franklin Road/OHB. There was some dispute over taxation when it initially opened as the registers at the front are in Davidson while the pharmacy registers are in Williamson county.

OK, what is in Davidson is Metro Nashville and what is in Williamson is in Brentwood. That's real simple. Its not where people think they live or work. Its either in one or the other and there is no gray, IMHO.

There are areas within Davidson that have legal Brentwood addresses. I think that's how people are confused.

Looks like you guys are going to have to drive down 65-S for your ultra luxury car purchases. I know a couple of years back, Rolls Royce was looking at the Roundabout area, glad they didnt locate there. This location fits them well.

I did not realize we had a Maserati dealership in town. I guess that explains why I see them every day in the Brentwood area. 

 

Side note: I need to take a picture of Tapestry, it is coming along nicely. It looks like almost all of the exterior brick is done. I did not realize it was going to be as large as it is.

A year or two ago Maserati made a concerted effort to expand the brand. They did it by increasing the number of dealerships and also making an "entry level" car that competes in the $70-90,000 with the Ghibli which is likely the car you're seeing a lot of.

The dealer I'm most excited about is Tesla. They should be opening up their showroom soon along with a Supercharger.

My wife and I have recently moved down to Cool Springs from Hendersonville. The drive was getting to be too much.
