Thanks gman. I had assumed they would hire a management company but it looks like they hold on to their properties until they are stabilized.

Found what might be an updated rendering of the Markey/Main corner on their website. Regardless I rode by last week and the exterior finishes are looking great so far.  There is a stand-alone sample on Rhett as well.

Correction. It is being leased by http://www.nrepg.com Woodfield is the developer.

Pendleton Street Baptist is having services in the Hilton. They will be there for a total if three years. They cannot start their own building until apartments are done.

Some have speculated that they will build elsewhere since their congregation mostly lives elsewhere and the 1.3 acres they still own is quite valuable.

They are very small congregation. Have been for many years.
