The long time ownership group of the Ardmore Terrace/Cloverdale Apartments are proposing a complete redevelopment of the property into a mixed use village of apartments over retail.  There has been a pretty loud pushback from some current residents of the complex as well as some NIMBY chatter coming from the greater Ardmore neighborhood. WFDD interviews the developer in charge of the effort. Although in some ways I hate to see the existing complex taken out, I remain excited over the plans to create an urban village in an in town location.
