Yes. Same end as federal courthouse. You can see the entrance for it at the bottom left of the building in the below pic between the white car and S. Irvine Street:

No recent posts for this but wanted to give accolades for appearance. The structure is very impressive...lighting & signage at night is superb & looks beautiful. I hope it’s doing very well as it’s a great addition to downtown.

You’re right— It is well done on the exterior and interior (well, at least the lobby and restaurant from what I’ve seen).

Agreed, and how it fills the block is impressive. Definitely a great structure.

I think last count was 12 or 13, and that does not include ones under construction or planned, such as Grand Bohemian, Comfort Inn (Pete Hollis), or Klimpton. Seems like there is another planned as well, Rhett or Markely maybe?

You’re all missing the AC Hotel at Camperdown.  Can’t forget about the Embassy Suites planned for the museum/conference center also.

So if you add the Grand Bohemian, Tha A/C and Kimpton that will make a total of 15 which have tripled in less than 10 years. Pretty impressive.

Dont forget the Comfort in at old Cline property and Comfort or Quality in at Augusta and Church. That would be 17, plus whatever happens at County Square and Convention center.

Impressed how my original post has morphed into an interesting  blog about downtown hotels...this is a great website (most of the time)
