Very Nice. Manchester and Portland are the fastest growing cities,buisness and economy wise, in New England. Both of these cities are the future of New England and do a good job at representing their states. This is even more amazing becuase this is a best small cities for buisness, this is best in ALL of the citys for buisness in the US which makes it even more satisfying. Congrats to Portland as well for coming in 32 which is 60 places ahead of Providence, which is the next highest ranking New England city on this list.

Good catch there. I honestly didn't read the whole list and only knew that Manchester and Portland were on the list because the article I read mentioned them. Kudos to Burlington as well.
