Oh I'm just confused because the other restaraunt is just called "Restaraunt" and the same with other uses nearby.

I'm just confused because none of them say "Bank Branch".  Or does that fall under "Retail"?

I think it means the glass foyer or whatever it is there is supposed to be some iconic element of the structure, even though it's not really iconic at all.

They should get super-creative and name it "Downtown Restaurant".  I hear that kind of branding works well.

Well we did once refer to a certain new concert location as 
"the Venue" to the point where it may as well be it's real name.

Attached to a place which intentionally calls itself just a big old building.

All they need to do is rebrand "Monroe" as "the street" to complete the awesome.  You could go to a concert at the venue at the big old building on the street.

I think if you named it "Brewery Restaurant" it'd be a gold mine.

You could stay at the Downtown Hotel and relax at the Downtown Park.  Sight see at the Downtown Bridge over the River of Water on your way to the Downtown Museum.  Or go get your picture taken standing by Male Statue.  End the night with a cold Alcoholic Beverage at the Downtown Bar.  This kind of branding is sure to bring in plenty of travelers to Regional Airport.
