New hotel for the convention center

From today on the new hotel. Talked to construction guy said will open late next year and it is using panelized construction for the hotel tower part.

Today and they have started the new Pier 33 apartments next door.

Nice hotel and here are some views from the rooftop bar on the 9th floor.   the view is highest downtown and on the river for sure that is public accessible.
