From the concept plans I thought the glass was going to be a light blue. I'm not a fan of this glass either.

I thought the same thing at first too, but I walked by yesterday and they have now hung curtains in all the rooms and it makes the windows look not as dark. I'll attatch a few pictures, you can kind of see the difference.

I welcome the activity this will bring to the West End, but  I wish the DRB had held firm on them using Stone on the part  that meets the street corner.  Except for using two different brick colors there is virtually no color/material  variation on this building.

I love it.  Too many buildings downtown are dark like city hall and landmark. Glad to see more lighting.
