It has structured parking at the corner of Rhett and Markley.

It looks like they are prepping the back side of this project (along Rhett Street) for the parking garage.

It looked like it was going to be stucco going off of the renderings but it’s actually brick. Great to see

I really like how this is coming along. It's fitting in nicely with the rest of the area. I still wish they would have kept the roof top patio/bar in the plans. It would of had views into the stadium and I think that would have been a huge draw for getting people up there.

Agreed-- The brick selection does look appropriate, and the rooftop certainly would have been a nice amenity for the entertainment options in that area. Can't wait to get back to town and experience the ever evolving West End.

There is a crane on the Rhett Street side of this project so I assume the parking garage is about to take shape soon.

Definitely one of the better looking ones going up right now. I know it's just building material, but  I kinda like the green on this building, it would be nice to see a little more color downtown. 

On a side note, it is hard to keep up with all the hotels going up now, there are a ton of them, with several more in the works, amazing!

Is this garage going to have any public parking or is it all for the hotel.  Decent sized garage.

For the public at large, no. However the tenants at the Fieldhouse office building across the street will be using some of the spaces. The Episcopal church across Markley St. will have some access to the garage as well.

The low element along Main looks nice and should fit in well with the neighborhood. I still dislike the stucco corner element that they  slapped on there.

Cool pics. Such a large parking garage though,  almost wish it could have been built below the hotel. Really like the architecture on this one though.
