Of the 346 rooms, there will be 50 suites with two presidential "Extreme WOW" luxury suites and a 1,668-square-foot penthouse. 

The hotel will also feature two restaurants by Chef Andrew Carmellini: The Dutch Nashville and an Italian chophouse.

The lobby will be in the W's "Living Room" style, with a full bar, DJ booth, and local artwork. The rooftop bar will feature a fireplace and and landscaping.  Thee 9,700 sq. ft. "West deck" pool area will have luxury cabanas, a yoga area, grill and bar.  There will also be 13,500 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, a 5,000 sq. ft. pre-function space, and 3,600 sq. ft. of terrace space.

The Dutch is a solid restaurant.

This morning I saw "Yates Construction" signs on the old chain link fences this morning.  No other signs of activity yet.  I drive/walk by this place daily but don't recall those signs being there before.

unfortunately I think those signs have been there, but not 100% certain.

No idea of the interest rates obviously but this sounds like an expensive financing package for the developers.
