Fencing down along 12th Ave. South and Pine St. Able to peek in some interior areas through windows. This place is spectacular from street level.

I did a short drive around the city Saturday morning - first one of those in a WHILE. I turned right onto 12th from Demonbreun and noticed this one has a big presence when entering the neighborhood.

JK, I really like this building and how it fits well within this area of The Gulch.

I'm really curious to see the final product. I think it'll turn out to be a handsome building, but I think a W Hotel should be a little more imposing. I wish it was half as wide and twice the height, haha.
