Charlotte scored big with 300ST! With the "catering for todays market" of Tryon Place, I only wish that this building was about 10 floors taller!

Tryon Place is still going to be very high quality. I wouldn't call it value engineered by any stretch of the imagination. Its more "catered for todays market"

Its a little more complicated than that. Its not like 1 BofA or 615. Its not just a big giant box. There is a little more to it. I can't really explain without giving away details I cannot discuss.
