How much of the land will be leftover to work with after building the Asurion HQ?

Roughly 3.5 acres where the TN building is, plus a stirp along the RR tracks that is about an acre.

As I understand, the Tennessean/Gannett folks are vacating in April. A friend who's still there posted photos of their new future offices in the Palmer building on West End, and they still have to do a lot of construction there before move-in.

Can't be soon enough. I was in their paper warehouse area last month and they had trashcans everywhere to catch water from leaks.

Anymore I have to study the picture to get my orientation as to where it is and which direction I am looking at.  Things seem to be changing at such a rapid pace, even the old veterans like myself end up getting lost in some of these pictures.
