Surprisingly, the crown is adding a nice amount of height to the structure!

Here's your Cummins Station shot (at least, until @LA_TN Spider-Mans off the side of the building for a better one). Instead of trying to hide the dirty windows, I'm using them "artistically":

That corner crown is adding the equivalent of two additional floors of height.  That will really help this building stand out from a distance.

Really like this infill. Also, that McDonald's on Broadway looks ridiculous now! It used to fit in quite well, but downtown's growth has completely swallowed it. I hope another project will soon replace its existing footprint.

Yeah...fast food restaurants downtown need to be urban-style walk-in restaurants...ala infill into small retail spaces at the base of some of these skyscrapers.  It's good to have those options...but just not in huge suburban-style buildings with large parking lots.
