I'm just the messenger. :lol:  Although I don't know how "serious" they were.  It's a tough location for sure. If I'm looking at going out to eat for a nice dinner, a moribund warehouse area on Ionia doesn't jump to the top of my mind.  But they do have parking so there is that!
