@LA_TN whenever I'm at the dog park I crane my head way back envisioning how insanely tall this project will be from that vantage point. 222 itself looks massive already.

By the end of this month the 143 private residences on the upper floors of theFour Seasons building will be available for pre-purchase.

There are four configurations within the 40-story high-rise:

1) Signature Homes, floors 15 to 26 (one-bedroom and two-bedroom homes from 900 to 1,500 square feet).

2)  Estate Homes, Floors 27 to 36 (two-bedroom and den and three-bedroom homes from 2,300 to 2,550 square feet).

3)  Penthouses, Floors 37 to 39, three- and four-bedroom homes from 4,750 to 5,400 square feet.

4) The Grand Penthouse, the entire 40th floor.

Though no prices have been released, the smallest unit likely will have a minimum asking price of $700,000, based on various factors. For comparison, a 1,085-square-foot two-bed two-bedroom unit at nearby tower 505 is listed for $815,000.

We have some steel columns already installed, but we can also see additional rebar surrounding said columns which leads me to believe they will encase the steel in concrete. This is a VERY high end building and sound transmission will be of the utmost concern so concrete makes alot more sense. Also, the four seasons that was just finished in Boston was around 700' tall and built entirely of concrete.

That being said, this is total speculation based on my assumptions, could totally be wrong lol

Oh it definitely will be a benefit. Now you don't have to drive a vehicle to the scrap yard, you can simply carry it across the bridge. If it's too heavy, just get an  e-scooter.  I may need to start a new pedal scrap truck service.
