Drats on the tiny photos. Hoping to see some hi-res renders!

Any guesses as to when the 4 Seasons will top out?   Seems I recall they're taking 2 weeks per level. Of course the lower levels are more complex and they speed up after a certain point.

Impressive, what a great addition this building is going to be on the skyline.

What's wild is how different the area under the pedestrian bridge will become. Interesting how the boot barn building is still in their scale model, and the giant blank wall face lining the little parking lot hold out. :tw_lol:

GD Holdings LLC, a real estate investment company controlled by businessman Salomon Juan Marcos Villarreal, has a contract to buy the hotel portion of the 40-story Four Seasons tower under construction.Villareal is CEO of Grupo Denim, a textile company with operations and offices in Mexico, Nicaragua and Denver. The company says it makes clothes for Wrangler, Lee, Carhartt, Vans and other brands.

Through GD Holdings, Villarreal helped finance construction of the Four Seasons in Denver, and he is a part-owner of the Ritz-Carlton in Beaver Creek, Colorado. On his LinkedIn page, he says he continues scouting for other real estate deals.

That was baked into the deal since the day the secured financing on it so this is nothing new, but I guess it is just now being reported on.
