That is actually the Embassy part of the Embassy Suites. It’s about 5/6 floors above ground now.

It's crazy to think there is more height on just those 4 blocks than Knoxville & Chattanooga combined.

Swerdling's Hotel on KVB certainly will be delayed due to COVID-19, but if that ever gets built, wow... that will really extend the skyline, along with Ray Hensler's building.

The Pinnacle sign may need to move to the other edge as it's going to be blocked by this 40 story chunk-o-glass.

Not just the signage, the tower itself will be blocked.  That is the only downside to the Four Seasons location.  It will block the view of the Pinnacle from the east view of the skyline.  But, I'll get over that with with a 40 story tower taking its place.  I'm just hoping for good lighting to highlight the building since it will block the crown of the Pinnacle.
