The restauranteurs behind high-end eatery The Rutledge in Franklin have landed the coveted 13,000 sq. ft. 1st Ave. and Demonbreun space at Four Seasons for another Rutledge. Owners Mason and Curt Revelette also operate several Jonathan's Grilles around town.  The plan is to open in early 2022, and employ around 100 people.  Four Seasons will also have a restaurant of their own at the site as well.

Does Pinnacle sit higher than Four Seasons?  With Four Seasons at the 31st floor it still hasn’t overtaken Pinnacle.  If Four Seasons is going to be 540’ and Pinnacle supposedly at 417’ the Four Seasons has a lot of footage to overcome in just nine more floors to hit the projected height
