Given the financial success of this project, any thoughts on future negotiation etc. for the second tower re-emerging?  Or do we think the 2nd and Peabody project is the relief point?

Will be interesting to see.  I’m hopeful they sell-out and realize a 600’+ tower needs to go on the other end.

Yep. I'd guess that's where their attention is. Plus they have a lot of million dollar condos to sell, rumblings of a second tower blocking views and making it a construction site for additional years would not be helpful.

The first of the 6 Private Residence penthouse suites has officially pre-sold, but for an unlisted price.  They range from 4,770  to 5,455 sq. ft. The bottom level price s begin at $8 million.  Previously, the top floor Grand Penthouse sold for $25 million.

The exact moment when 4S surpasses the woefully too-short Pinnacle tower??   I certainly hope that Pinnacle will someday soon decide to build a second tower that's double the size of this one... and while blue glass is prevalent all over DT now, it wouldn't hurt my feelings as long as it's 700' tall!  I didn't realize that PNFC is now larger than ANY Nashville based bank ever has been.  And Terry Turner has made it clear that he will not sell out to a larger bank. He says he will be buying at least a couple of banks in the next couple years.  While banks aren't the most exciting corporate HQ's for a city (so dead after dark and their execs are such dorks*...   j/k), they do tend to build some opulent towers to their wealth.  I hope he can deliver on that goal.  *Hey, I'm a lawyer... we're dorkier than bankers.
