I definitely thought this tower would appear much taller than Pinnacle in the renderings than in reality. It is much taller than Pinnacle in reality.

Do we know what the price range for the residence units will be? Will these be nicer than 505?

I saw a video of a 505 unit for sale that was just 1 bedroom 1 bath at 701 sq ft and it was going for $499K. It blows my mind that people pay that much for something so small.

I think the cam from the Science Museum is probably the best one IMO at least as far as  views go. Now the Channel 5 from Vanderbilt is really a good one too!

True.  And I have to laugh every time I imagine someone waking up in their $1M condo and looking east to see the sunrise, only to be confronted with a massive scrap metal yard in the foreground.

Of course, I'm the biggest defender of PSC.  If Four Seasons wants to change the view to the east, they should buy out PSC and put a park there or something.

Given time the market will rid the view of the scrap yard. It will end up being too expensive to run a scrap yard from prime real estate. Once the market price of the land exceeds the price that it no longer pays for it to be a scrap yard then the thing will go away.
