Here are the pics of the walkway from the base building to the Pedestrian Bridge.  This is the approach from 3rd Ave.  Notice the support under the bridge.  Not sure how long that's been there.

In this closeup you can see the stairway inside to the left.

Yep, there's a stairway in there.

This is from straight on looking at the wooden building and the base building.  You can see that there's an attachment that catches things.  What do you call that?  Any why would this building need it?

There is locked door to allow ingress and egress to workers.  It's interesting that the signs on the building all say "Baker Concrete."

In this shot, you can see that there's a concrete column that blocks the right side of the opening.  That seems strange to me.  Why would they go to so much trouble to open the side of the building for this walkway but have a portion of the entrance blocked by a large column?

That's all I got.  Any ideas as to what is going on here now and what the long term plans would be, assuming they add tower two in a year or two (after they buy that tiny lot)?

From street level, which building has the most impressive appearance between the Four Seasons tower and the 505 building?  505 is about five floors higher, but probably not nearly as fancy a base as Four Seasons. But I haven't seen either in person yet.

Impressive sized pool along with what looks like spa and possibly additional planters at the bottom of the image. Granted I know this is a very luxury buidling, but you definitely don't see rooftop pools this big very often.

This morning they were installing glass on end of the base next to the Pedestrian Bridge.  They had a worker in a cherry picker that was parked under the bridge directly below the work area.  The glass was hanging from a mobile crane that was also parked under the bridge right next to the tiny parking lot.
