That sucker is solid concrete and at least it isn't cantilevering an odd distance. We have a number of cast-in-place concrete buildings that defy physics more than this haha

This is an elegant tower.  Am I correct in thinking that they made a design change to give the top condo a full balcony at both ends that spans the building from south to north?  Not sure I see that in the early drawings.

I agree.  The window design that runs to the top floor on the narrow sides of the buildings is very reminiscent of art deco architecture.
