Looks like the apartment building will be called “The Hendrick,” which I’m guessing is an homage to the founder of Meijer. I kind of love it.

I wish! The upstairs apartment happens to be empty right now so we headed up there last night to check it out since the tenant just moved out. I had to step outside and get some photos when I saw the view. :) I'll keep taking photos as long as it's vacant but we really don't want it to be vacant long, of course!

Looks like WMCAT will be moving over to this project earlier than expected, by mid 2018. It says they will occupy the top floor of a 3 story building in the development?

The original design I thought was going to be 4 floors?

They (WMCAT) have an updated rendering on their website where it is three and slightly different design.
