New Meijer "Bridge Street Market" on the West Side

I had time to snap a couple from the corner. I will have more time soon enough and am on Bridge every day now so it'll be fun to really see how quickly this takes shape.

Nice! I wanted to get a picture from the balcony at Harmony Hall but I rarely see that garage door open lately, with the colder weather.

I was driving south on Stocking and from the backside this project just feels huge. I'm excited to see how this area changes over the next few years.

It looks huge in person. Is that the top floor?

The renderings have the top floor set back a bit and this top floor isn’t. Either they got rid of the set back or added a floor. That is the number of floors in the rendering. 

I’m amazed at how big it looks from the highways, too

This one shows no setback, but who knows which one they're going off of?

And if I look at the picture you took @mgreven, there is a "slight" setback on the top floor.

The street presence at the corner of Bridge, Stocking and Lexington great, really adds a lot.

To correct my earlier thought, I think the thick band of brick just below that top floor gives the impression that it's recessed?  You'll notice on the other floors it's not present. And that brick is yet to go on...

Based on what I am seeing in the photos, I'm pretty sure that they are building the bottom/second version. As was said up above, what is happening is not necessarily a seback in the building structure, but rather a thinner facade material on the top floor with the thicker brick cladding below.
