One of the smallest structures in Nashville is at 8 Hart Street in WeHo.  The 276 sq. ft. building was constructed in 1960, and is currently home to Butter, Eggs & Bakin’ Bakery.

I'm not sure it's ever made anything? The entire time I've lived around the corner, I've seen people working on it a total of 5 times maybe.

The 2 story, 5,500 sq. ft. home at 1912 21st Ave. South was recently redesigned to house Time Kelly Trading Post.  It was originally built in 1910.

This is such a great mix of old and new.  Love the large windows on that room in the back.  Is there some office space in the back section?
