Repurposed/revitalized historical buildings in Nashville

901 & 903 18th Ave. South were built in 1929 covering 5,513 and 3,911 sq. ft., respectively.  They have housed various music industry businesses over the past several decades.

Some more of your historical buildings from today.   With all this growth you need to latch on to these.   Question what is happening at those last 2 photos looks like a facade save and restoration of a building maybe on 4th St I think.  anyway all are nice buildings.

There are some tasty bits on Union Street, for sure. Regarding the construction on 4th Avenue, that's the Dream Hotel:

This is my favorite project. They preserved the taller building, but only saved the façade of the shorter building and reapplied it when the new structure was built. Then they built a 10 story architecturally compatible addition to wrap around the two buildings.

412 Broadway has 16,779 sq. ft. covering two floors, and was built in 1932.  It is currently home to The Stage, and now includes a rooftop bar.

Believe it or not the white building is new. The only  thing that is old is the façade which was saved and reattached to the building.

More shots of redevelopment at May Hosiery Mill (built in 1907 and 1930), which will eventually house office space, restaurants,  and a boutique hotel.

226 Duke St. encompasses just 1,460 sq. ft. and was built in 1935.  It is currently home to Crema Roasting.

2100 Belmont Blvd. was once part of the Belmont Heights Baptist Church, but was purchased by BelmontUniversity and converted to the Troutt Theater.  I believe the structure was originally erected around 1940.

The one time bank building at 301 Broadway covers 3 stories and 5,300 sq. ft.  Built in 1928, it is now home to Luke's 32 Bridge Bar.

3108 Belmont Blvd is a one story brick storefront built in 1940.  It covers 7,260 sq. ft. and is currently home to  Martin's BBQ.

2201-2209 Ellison Place is a series of one & two-story storefronts built in1920.  The Gold Rush bar has been the primary tenant for decades, although smaller space is taken up by Smack Clothing and Samurai Sushi.

410 Broadway covers 6,000 sq. ft. On it’s two floors.  It was originally built in 1910, and is home to Big Time Boots.

2000 Belcourt Ave. was a home built in 1925 covering 5,655 sq. ft.  It has housed numerous restaurants over the past 3 decades and is now home to Aladdin’s Hookah Lounge:

509 Houston St. in WeHo was built in 1930 as a church, and has been reshaped into Falcon Coffeehouse and Pink Flamingo Cocktail Club.  It encompasses 4,238 sq. ft.

418 Broadway is part of a larger 2 story building originally erected in 1900, and modified in 1923.  It covers 6,000 sq. ft., and is currently home to Layla's bar.

3202 Belmont Blvd. was built in 1954, covers 5,491 sq. ft. on it's single story, and has served multiple retail and commercial purposes.  Currently it is home to Urban Oasis.

On far left... Music City Cryotherapy.   I have a monthly membership and as a 36 y/o who works out regularly.... holy snap... this place is a godsend.   Worth every penny.

Work is progressing on the restoration/reuse of the one time factory on Adams St. between Tyalor and Van Buren into a multi-restaurant complex. This is part of The Griff development in Germantown.

321 Broadway's 3 stories covers 8,640 sq. ft. and was built in 1910.  Currently it houses Betty Boots.
