332 E. Main in Gallatin covers 5,600 sq. ft. over its 2 floors and was built as the Stonewall Mansion in 1831.  It is now the Sumner County Museum, and takes reservations for a couple of the bedrooms for AirBNB.

128 2nd Ave. North ( 3 stories,  42.520 sq. ft., circa 1900) will now become DraftKings Sports & Social, a sports bar with viewing experiences and arcade-style games.

Level one will remain a restaurant space, level three will still be used as an event center and the property will still feature a rooftop bar, according to the permit.

The former museum space on level two will be converted into a bar and restaurant. Part of the lower level that used to house offices will be turned into an additional small bar.

PIVOTstudio is the architect. The signage rendering also includes the Professional Bull Riders Inc. logo, though it was not immediately clear how the organization is involved in the project.

1600 Woodland St. covers 2,606 sq. ft. over its two floors and was built in 1910.  The corner storefront has been home to many businesses over the century+ of use, and has just been purchased  to become a restaurant (first floor) and bar (second floor). The ground level corner slot will become home to Lemon Laine, a cosmetics retailer. Most recently, Italia Pizza was the primary tenant.

Sinatra Bar and Lounge will open this April in the 1880-era Southern Turf Building at 222 4th Ave. North.  There will also be six upper-level Southern Turf Lofts and a fourth floor private membership club.

The renovation process includes more than $1 million in custom-milled mahogany and brass work. The idea is for a restaurant space that won’t seat more than 150 people at a time — intimate, but not tiny. “Eating dinner should not feel like a spectator sport,” Bill says. The private club will be furnished with period antiques and multiple fireplaces beneath its 14-foot ceilings.
