I was up close to it last night and agreed it's definitely looking really cool. If people feel like it stands out now for how cool it looks vs the surrounding buildings, imagine how much it would stand out if it were 30+ stories? It'd look like those ridiculous projects where people tear down 2 or 3  tiny homes and build one massive home (or lakefront cottage).

I think it's a good height for that area. Hopefully Orion will go taller across the street and we'll have the best of both worlds. If the Hinman project had gone tall, the Orion project might not exist.

For how long it’s taken to seal this building (which matches the bottom really nicely), I wonder what the cost difference would have been to just finish the panels like they did on the bottom two (three?) floors? And I wonder how often they’ll have to reseal it (every 10 years? Is it permanent?).

The beauty of this building strikes a marked contrast to that bunker next door known as GRPD.    Maybe they could add some lighting to it also, or is that kinda like putting lipstick on a pig?

Also,  anyone notice google satellite view is  badly in need of an update?   Curiously street view is more up to date.   Maybe their satellites caught COVID.
