Nicely done! What would be fun is if the new clubs had the old names like The Black Poodle. Embers Showcase, etc.

Any news about what else may be going on in Printers Alley? I've always had a deep love of the place and I'm glad to see the new developments maintaining at least for the most part the gritty atmosphere.....

I like the way this looks. Seems well thought out with the new building but the reusing of the old façade really makes this special.

The Dream Hotel Nashville website is now up.  

There's a mention one page about one of the restaurant concepts:  Dream Nashville has six Dining and Nightlife options including Stateside Kitchen, a versatile and imaginative eatery helmed by Hillstone Restaurant Group alumni and led by Chef Michael Kopfman. An orchestral, Gehry-esque glass atrium, softened by serene landscaping, centers the room and provides that ‘eureka moment’ Dream Hotels is known to deliver. A property wide coffee program is powered by La Colombe.

Comparing the rendering with the current photo makes me think the facade detailing is not quite finished.    The unpainted base columns and the current absence of ornamentation on the entablature above them suggest there is more work to be done.       It's going to look amazing when complete.

Either way, it looks good. Just glad they did what they did, when they did what they did.

Everything about this development looks so gorgeous, and I'm extra excited for its implications on the future of the Arcade/Printer's Alley. The attention to detail put into this development really raises the bar. I love the direction that the CBD is headed in with these gorgeous hotels.

I didn't get to snap a photo, but I drove by the Dream today and they have a large gold "DREAM" above the front door and there appeared to be some bellmen at the door, too?
