Bill Miller has two other pieces of property he has purchased in the past year (one on 2nd Ave. North, and the other on 3rd Ave. North).  I believe he still has plans for a Merle Haggard Museum, and rumor has it that he wants to do an Elvis attraction as well (he as tons of personal memorabilia on both in his collection).

Bill Miller has been just what Nashville needed to up it's entertainment offerings for tourist that have a lot of choices of other great cities to visit.

Bill Gates’ investment firm, Cascade Investment LLC, has bought the Dream Hotel for $82.6 million.  4Pant LLC, a Nashville development group led by Alex Marks and Bill Barkley, was the seller. The group purchased the Fourth Avenue property in 2014 for $2.15 million.
