This hotel does not have any onsite parking and the facade of the historical building on the site will be kept.  This has city approval with a 2016 start date.  But there haven't been any recent updates.

As long suspected, this one is cancelled.  The site plan is good until October, so I was hoping it would still happen.   But a Nebraska online retailer - Spreetail - is expanding to Austin and will be using the historic building for their operations.  They are hiring  100 people, so it's still a good thing.  Here's the building from Streetview and a link to an article about it below the photo.
