This one definitely had a long period of site prep.

This one should be complete soon.  But all the views facing North will be blocked by the 44-story Hanover tower.  I don't think they expected a tower to go up here when ZaZa was designed.

Shame about the blocked views, but such is big city development.

Yup.  If I were in the market for a high-rise residential unit and the view was important, I would not select a site next to a parking lot or empty low-rises.
