Fallyn has begun leasing of residential units, with first residents expected to move in this summer. 

The development, located on 19th Avenue in Midtown, will share amenity space with the soon-to-open Hotel Fraye. A gym, coworking space, and pool are listed among its features.

The cladding looks great. I think this project is a bit underrated in my opinion. Also, I don't think anyone has responded to the pronunciation, but I'm sure it's pronounce like Jimmy Fallon and not fallin' like falling down. If it is "Fallin", agreed that's bad.

I think your on the right track. I do believe it’s meant to be : Fal - lyn.

Couldn't agree more. That Embassy Suites has to be one of the most instantly dated buildings  (completed in 2001 and actually listed on Smeags Development map!).

That particular Embassy Suites was built with an atrium-which I never liked as it was too noisy-I don't know if Hilton is still building them this way but thankfully the new one on Demonbreun doesn't have it.

Wow, that completion date is absolutely bananas to me.  I had always just assumed it was built in the mid-eighties or something.  Talk about building on a budget!

Hotel Fraye will be open by late August according to its newly posted website.  It will include The Guthrie restaurant on main level, and Eddie Eats Dynamite rooftop bar & lounge.
