Greystar and R2L are very slow about updating their web pages. The only project Greystar shows in Nashville is the Marquee at Belle Meade Apartments.

They just hung it up on the construction site within the last day or two. It is much more detailed and refined than the previous renderings.

The hotel at the complex will be known as The Fraye, a Hilton Curio Collection brand. The 16 story structure will feature 200 rooms, a first floor restaurant and bar, 7th floor pool deck, and a rooftop lounge.  It is scheduled to open the third quarter of 2022.  New renderings below.
