Elitist like you are why there is so little affordable housing.  People having an affordable place to live is a million times more important than you having something pretty to look at when you drive home for work.  There is no reason that  multi-family projects outside of the CBD should even be under the purview of the DRB.

No- apparently you just have low standards. Affordability does not equal poor, lazy design. That is a crazy misconception. This is a developer trying to make a buck and leveraging the government to do it.
