Here's an update of the demo as seen from one of the Capitol Complex construction webcams.  The cranes in the area are for different projects.

Syndic at SSP took a photo of the Block 164 site prep.  There is a street running between the Block 164 site and the Waterloo Park reconstruction taking place in the foreground.  The street (Red River) will be re-routed behind the Block 164 tower, and the tower site will connect to Waterloo Park.

Here's an update of the excavation for Tower #1 (Block 164).  The rest of the site is still waiting for demo permits.  No details on the other towers yet.

The site plan for demo as well as the demo permit have been approved for the entire 14 acre site.

The first tower known as Block 164 is U/C.  The two cranes rising out of the pit at center top are for this project.

Here are some renderings.  The road currently running between this project and the under re-construction Waterloo Park will be moved to the opposite side of this building.  That will put this tower at the edge of the park.
