Your absolutely right! I was thinking the same thing. They could have easily had a office or apartment building incorporated into it. Make the best use of available space.

Yeah…even just a 3-4 story office would be better than nothing…and the rent would help pay for the parking.

E + Rose Wellness Company will open in Peabody Plaza in June. The new space will offer a full menu, including a coffee bar + juices, superfood bowls, and vegan eats. As the company's largest location, there will also be room for outdoor seating and lawn space for yoga classes and other community events.
